Medical Examinations and Conditions of Employment: Ensuring Employees meet Position Requirements

Ensuring that employees remain capable of performing their duties, whether those requirements involve physical or mental demands of other requirements such as licenses and certifications, is a challenging issue for many HR practitioners. This session will explore regulations on medical examinations which apply to Federal employees, covering physical requirements and medical standards and ordering and offering physical and psychiatric examinations. In the webinar we will also look at conditions of employment and what actions can be taken when employees are not able to meet them.
