Welcome to Federal HR Services, Inc.

Federal HR Services, Inc. was established in 2006.  Barbara I. Haga, founder and President, is a former Federal HR practitioner who provides HR training, consulting, and functional services to Federal agencies.

Federal HR Services, Inc. is a small, woman-owned business headquartered in Norfolk, Virginia.

 Ms. Haga provides customized training to agencies and she teaches open enrollment courses for HR practitioners and managers.  She is also available for consulting and delivery of HR services.
